Exchanges & returns
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You have to request a RAN by emailing online@saraclausin.com. Returns or exchanges made without RAN can NOT be processed. Our return policy allows for a 14-day return window from the day you pick up your order.

You can always return your purchase for free at our store on Bondegatan 50, Stockholm, regardless of the delivery method.
Returns Conditions
Items must have the Product Authenticity Tag attached and be returned in the same or similar packaging as received.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox, undamaged and without postal labels.
Bags must include the original dust bag.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and free from odors such as perfume or smoke.
Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of order.
Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All international returns must be shipped via FEDEX - DHL or UPS (no exceptions).
Unidentified returns will be sent back to the sender.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only, depending on stock availability.
All shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.
Important Information About Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, change of address, recipient unavailability, or incorrect delivery information.
Klarna Payments
Once we receive your return, your Klarna invoice will be automatically updated.No action is needed from you.
Cancelled Orders / Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery or the shipment is returned to us, a 20% return fee will be deducted from your refund.
If customs authorities destroy the shipment due to refusal to pay import duties/taxes, no refund will be issued.

Restocking fees apply to:
- Returns of items that are damaged altered or have an odor.
- Returns from customers with a specific purchase/return history. Customers that repeatedly purchase from us only to return all or the better part of their orders might be subject for restocking fees.
